Looking for the ideal candidate to join our team in the Fox Valley/Green Bay area. We have 850 apartment units and we are looking for a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the capital needs, REAC inspections, insurance claims and mentoring the maintenance team. Must have experience in property management, be good with people, attention to detail, be able to work with vendors and much more. Yardi experience a plus, must be self motivated and high energy. Travel would be to Milwaukee, Middleton, Portage, Green Bay and Fox Valley area, with very little overnight travel and a company vehicle may be supplied. As a non-profit our benefits are amazing, we pay 100% of health care, have 15 days of PTO and much more. Salary will start between $58,000-60,000, Monday-Friday and no on-call.
