LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN AND MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN We are currently looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Rio Rancho, NM. We are seeking to hire a Lead Maintenance Technician at a multifamily community in Rio Rancho, NM • The Lead Maintenance Technician will identify and supervise repair and maintenance issues for the Community. • Oversee maintenance and housekeeping staff to prioritize and complete projects as directed by the Community Manager. • Work as part of a team to ensure responsive, efficient, and thorough maintenance/housekeeping service to residents and the entire community. Qualified candidates will have: • Prior experience in general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and painting and have some experience managing or leading a team. • Maintenance personnel will be required to complete assigned duties in a timely manner and handle after hours emergency calls and be on-call as needed.
