SNOW REMOVAL- SNOW BLOWING OF LOADING DOCK AREA

I work in a shared warehouse where we have a communal loading dock. There is a snow plow service for the building and the parking lot, but they do not plow the loading dock area. There is a cement wall on one side of the bay so you will need to use a snowblower, not a truck, to clear the snow. I am looking for a company or an individual that would be available on an as needed basis. I am happy to pay cash. Please let me know rates, etc.
