Lead Carpenter Washington, DC area Immediate opening for Part Time or Full Time Lead Carpenters to work on residential remodeling projects in Northern Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland area(s). • Kitchen, Bath and Decking a plus. • Residential remodeling experience, commercial experience a bonus • Ability to read and interpret construction documents • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken • Valid driver’s license and transportation All Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a criminal background check. **Must be able to show Certificate of Insurance. Lead Carpenter should have experience in the field of 2 + years or greater, must have their own tools and reliable transportation. Van, truck or utility vehicle a plus. Must be able to lift construction material/equipment and be able to take direction from Supervisor. Must be self-motivated, team player, reliable, creative problem solver and flexible.
