We are currently seeking full time employees with experience in general construction or demolition to join our team. Applicants should meet the following criteria: *Experience working in demolition, repair, remodel, modification, alteration, or construction of homes or buildings. *Must be able to lift over 50 lbs *Ability to work safely and productively *Understands and follows both oral and written instructions *Work cooperatively and collaboratively with other team members *Be able to work in indoor and outdoor environments; working in narrow and/or tight spaces; on ladders and scaffolding; and working in or around dust and /or dirt *Be reliable (No transportation or attendance issues) *Must have a hard working and positive attitude JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: *Operate and care for construction equipment, tools, and machines *Prep construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards *Load & Unload construction materials and debris *Perform site clean up as directed by supervisor This is a physical job that requires repetitive lifting, twisting, and working in adverse conditions. The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
