**In search of an Amazing House Manager** Looking for a live-out amazing house manager for a family of 5; 3,300 square foot home; errands and odd & in’s. Primary Responsibilities: 1. House Cleaning & House Organization Complete day to day cleaning activities and organization of the residence. Wardrobe and closet management, ironing, laundry, decluttering, sheets Occasional packing for travel 2. Occasional Cooking & Food Preparation Mainly dinners that are healthy and nutritious. 3. General Shopping Groceries, and occasional errand-running (requires a car) (dropping off & picking up items, such as- dry cleaning, shopping, post office, etc) 4. Chauffeur Sometimes we’ll ask you to drive us to appointments 5. Administrative Book Keeping Uploading receipts into accounting system 6. Pet Sitting **All tasks are dynamic and subject to change-not all tsaks are required each week** Hours: Monday & Thursday & Friday (tentative to be discussed) Start time: 9:00 am End time: between 3:00-5:00pm (depends on the day) Work location: To be shared during interview process Compensation: About 12-20 hrs/week at $20/hr = around $240-400/week. Qualities: You are FAST and EFFICIENT You are highly organized & meticulous You are responsible and punctual—extremely important You are proactive & solution oriented Previous experience as a house manager/housekeeper- preferred Applicant must have excellent organization and communication skills Ability to multi-task with efficient time-management skills. Must have a sense of respect for boundaries, exercise discretion, privacy, and maintain confidentiality at all times. Full background, credit, and criminal checks will be conducted. MUST have a cell-phone and be able to communicate efficiently with text messages. Must have a car and a valid driver’s license. Our home is our office and we have rigorous accountability schedules to operate our group of companies so we need someone to help us daily to keep our “office” in prime shape. Tasked outlined above. We are fun and love to entertain We have 3 children. Boy/Girl twins that are 10 and another boy who is 8. We have 2 dogs (1.5 year old boxers) who are high energy, but love people. We are very busy with our businesses and our children’s sports activities, which is why we are seeking help in the home and with other non-revenue generating tasks.
