The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking Maintenance Supervisors for our established Metairie, LA apartment communities. Responsibilities: • Effectively lead by example and manage maintenance crew • Prepare units to move-in ready condition • Performs various community maintenance functions • Responds to resident service requests and issues • Maintain activity log • Reports any maintenance concerns to the Property Manager Requirements: • 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience • 1+ years supervisory experience is preferred but not required • MUST be able and willing to work hands-on alongside the maintenance crew • Assist with on-call responsibilities • HVAC certified is a MUST $50K EXCELLENT BENEFITS FREE HOUSING Experienced industry maintenance professionals are encouraged to submit their resume to [email protected] or visit our career center at to complete an online application for immediate consideration.
