Skyline Sheet Metal offers a competitive wage and compensation package to qualified individuals. · Qualified Shop Worker candidates must have an energetic desire to learn and be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic. Candidates must also: o Have at least a High School Diploma or GED. o Have reliable transportation and be punctual. o Be able to lift and carry heavy objects. o Be able to operate a tape measure, hand and power tools and equipment safely o Be able to follow instruction and work with a team · Qualified Shop Fabricators must be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead by setting a good example. Candidates must also: o Have a minimum of 1 - 5 years experience in metal fabrication o Be able to read and interpret shop fabrication orders o Have at least a High School Diploma or GED. o Have reliable transportation and be punctual. o Be able to lift and carry heavy objects. o Be able to operate a tape measure, hand and power tools and equipment safely o Be able to follow instruction and work with a team Benefits and Compensation: · Wage based on Experience $13-$25 · Medical 100% Employer paid after 90 days · 401K after first year of employment Advanced experience in architectural sheet metal is a huge plus.
