Come join a locally operated, growing company in one of our many full time positions. We are seeking motivated warehouse Order Selectors for our mid-shift which starts at 10:00 a.m. At United Salad, we encourage a positive culture and play music in the warehouse. We promote from within and give our employees the opportunity to operate a forklift and other powered industrial equipment. Potential productivity bonus every two weeks of $250-$375 and a $1,000 new hire bonus after meeting required eligibility! Responsibilities: • Fill orders accurately by selecting product from warehouse • Verifying quantity and condition of product using voice picking • Palletizing product using proper selecting procedures; shrink wrap product • Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to move product • Prepare merchandise for loading trucks • Follows company preferred work standards at all times Qualifications: • 18+ years of age • Comfortable with operating powered industrial equipment • Be able to lift between 40-70 pounds repeatedly • Basic English comprehension required • Able to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift • Work in a chilled/wet environment between 34 - 55 degrees Fahrenheit • Able to meet or exceed established cases per error goals • Able to pass pre-employment testing, including THC (Drug Screen) Benefits after meeting required eligibility: Medical / Dental / PTO / 401(k) To apply, please and fill out our online application. *United Salad Co. is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.*
