Location: Portland, OR (97211) FT/PT Status: Full Time Shifts: Day / Mid / Night Hourly Rate: $17.00 United Salad Co. currently has immediate openings for Order Selectors! Come join a locally operated, growing company in one of our many full time positions. We are seeking motivated Warehouse Order Selectors for the following shifts: Day Shift (8:00 am start) Mid Shift (10:00 am start) and the Night Shift (4:30 pm start). At United Salad, we promote from within and give our employees the opportunity to operate a forklift and other powered industrial equipment. This is a full-time position, eligible for medical, dental, PTO and 401(k) after meeting required eligibility. Potential productivity bonus every two weeks of $250-$375 and a New Hire Incentive Bonus of $1,000 after meeting required eligibility. Qualifications: • 18+ years of age • Comfortable with operating powered industrial equipment • Be able to lift between 40-70 pounds repeatedly • Able to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift • Work in a chilled/wet environment between 34 - 45 degrees Fahrenheit • Able to meet or exceed established cases per error goals • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen including THC Responsibilities: • Fill orders accurately by selecting product from warehouse • Verifying quantity and condition of product using voice picking • Palletizing product using proper selecting procedures; shrink wrap product • Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to move product • Prepare merchandise for loading trucks • Follows company preferred work standards at all times • Follow sanitation requirements set by USDA • Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment including electric pallet jack, Vo-Collect To apply, please visit our and complete an application. *United Salad Co. is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.*
