re-homing 5 female rats

I'm moving and cant take my rats with me, need them gone ASAP. Preferred by the 10th. 5 female rats, one a little over a year old, the rest under one year. 4 are fancy rats, 1 is a dumbo. In the pictures is the oldest Fancy and the Dumbo. My phone deleted photos of the younger 3 but I can take more if asked. They are super kind and energetic and it hurts to have to let them go. No health problems. Preferred to have an experienced rat owner. Re-homing fee of $40 OR you can buy them and their cage, accessories, food, etc, for best offer. Over $500 worth of items. If you are only getting the rats I must see your cage and setup beforehand. Items for best offer are; 14 handmade hammocks, 3 tunnels, 4 water bottles, 1 20lb bag rat food, 2 cages, plastic chains, 1 feeding bowl, 1 hide, 1 bonding pouch, 1 dig box, 4 small plastic container type things, 2 ladders, zipties, bedding, etc.
