PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST AS THERE IS INFORMATION FOR YOU ABOUT US: Cinder Butte Rock Products, a small company, established in 2000 has been successful through the recessions and economic down turns. We have always kept our crew working at 40+ hours a week. We supply ODOT and other various customers with sanding material, red cinders, and various aggregate products including some grey and brown rock. Our heavy equipment includes various loaders, (5yd CAT, 6yd Kawasaki, 11yd CAT), a CAT haul truck, JD excavator, Cat dozer along with an extensive screening and crushing plant. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU: We are currently seeking to fill a Loader Operator/plant operations position, experience is preferred, but not required. (This position was held by the last guy for over 15 Years who has since retired.) You will have the same start and stop time every day, home every night, weekend and major holidays OFF. Also, you will be reporting to the same place every day for work. (No job site to job site.) 40 Hours a week with occasional O/T. The ideal candidate will be able to cross train into the other equipment. This job can also be dusty and dirty at times. Job Duties include but are not limited to: Loader operations, (loading/feeding to plant, loading trucks, moving and stockpiling crushed material). General maintenance include maintenance of loader – grease, fuel, etc., and rock plant maintenance….YOU WILL BE ASSISTING THE FULL TIME MECHANIC in these duties. PAY: Pay is hourly and will depend on experience and skill. 90 day wage increase* 180 day wage increase* 360 day wage increase* *Wage increase is based on performance and attitude.
