Teachers should be able to stay at home with pay until its safe to go back to school. I am a teacher and do not want to go and work in a unsafe class room. I think it would be better to wait till it is safe to return to school. Maybe another year or two. They need to get this pandemic under control. I would go back to the school if they are willing to pay every teacher Hazard pay. Maybe pay all teachers 50% to 75% more pay than we are getting now. They also give teachers more credits so they can retire with a pension earlier. Pay teachers and respect teachers rights as your kids lives depended on it.
