We are currently seeking a maintenance tech for a 77 unit apartment complex. This is an entry level position with experience preferred. This candidate would ideally have experience in routine repair/maintenance + janitorial duties, landscaping, electrical, appliances, smoke detectors, ETC. This candidate should be reliable, organized and have attention to detail. This is a full time 40 hour, Mon-Fri position with some 24/7 on call for maintenance emergencies.
