As an innovative, marketing-centric organization, we are seeking an experienced, experience past installation professional to Measure and Service our portfolio of installations. We’ve achieved phenomenal growth over the last two decades and we’re in need of exceptional talent to be an integral part of our reaching even greater heights.  With the recently doubled the size our Sales team in the Columbus area and why this new position has been created. We’re seeking an experienced individual which knows the ins and outs of home envelope and bathrooms, and has a keen attention to detail, including paperwork. The ideal candidate possess’ strong professional communication skills, attention to detail, thoroughness, documentation, problem solving and have a proven track record of dependability. Position Responsibilities This position will be responsible for measuring, auditing, ordering and servicing our customer’s projects, which includes all aspects of Customer Service. Key Responsibilities: Ability to Service and Measure all Residential exterior and Bathroom projects. Completing all proper paperwork for ordering and obtaining any required permits. Handling customer questions and issues relating to installation and services. Maintaining customer’s confidential information. Collection of payment from consumers. Warehouse management and organization. Core Requirements:  B2C Customer Service Expertise: Minimum of 2+ years of experience with a proven track Customer Service: Ability to resolve customer concerns about installations and Services. Servicing: Being able to determine, order and correct any parts of our installation. Communication:  Continuous professional telephone and live communication to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Territory:  Franklin and attached counties.
