Experienced maintenance tech needed at a Mobile Home community. Must be experienced in light plumbing, electrical. Most know how to replace subfloors, walls, sheetrock and ceilings. Painting, roof repairs, and could include some landscaping. Carpentry, must have tools. Must be able to work as a Team member. Please email resume to email provided.
