The successful candidate who joins our company will assist in a variety of duties in our precast concrete yard and will have a hard-working and team player attitude. Duties: -Loading concrete products on various delivery vehicles, ensuring security and safety for transporting -Operate front end loader to transport various materials -Assemble concrete products on pallets and wrap securely and appropriately for delivery to job site -Labeling packing slips on concrete pieces for proper job identification and correct transporting -Organize and clean yard and remove debris to keep a safe environment for all employees and clients -Maintain yard vehicles and equipment as needed to ensure all are being kept in good working condition -Perform crane rigging and signaling for drivers as needed -Other duties as assigned. Minimum Skills Required: -The ability to lift 50 pound repetitively several times a day -General understanding of yard vehicles and equipment -General understanding of concrete preferred -The ability to follow direction from supervision -The ability to work in inclement weather conditions, year-round -Good housekeeping skills -Good communication and teamwork skills -The ability to operate equipment safely -Strong work ethic -The ability to work overtime as needed -Willingness to be at work on time every day!
