Description
We are currently enrolling participants ages 4-6 in a research study using MRI.
Who are we looking for?
• Children between the ages of 4-6 years and their parents who want to participate in a brain imaging study.
The purpose of the study is to understand how different experiences can change brain development.
Study visit involves:
• 3 virtual sessions (via Zoom or phone call) and 3 in-person sessions (2 in Howell Hall on UNC’s North Campus, and 1 in the UNC Biomedical Research Imaging Center).
• Filling out surveys and completing tasks (parent + child)
• Playing games while participating in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) which includes no injections, contrast, or radiation.
• The virtual sessions will take up to 6 hours in total. The in-person sessions will take up to 10 hours.
This is a research study, and you can receive up to $340 for your participation.
