***Turf Health Incorporated Crew Leader Specific Job Responsibilities***
• Supervising, training, and motivating the work of a 1 to 2 member team to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
• Operation of a variety of landscape maintenance equipment such as a zero turn mower, push mower, line trimmer, hedge trimmer, truck and trailer, backpack blower, bed edger
• Daily tasks may include: mowing, line trimming, changing mower blades, weeding beds, spot spraying of weeds, debris pick up, bed edging and mulching
• Know how to manage a job site with multiple crew members
• Coordinating with Operation manager to maintain equipment, trucks, and trailers
Qualifications:
• Ideal candidate to have 2 years current mowing maintenance experience
• Leadership, organization, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Has worked on commercial and residential maintenance properties using above mentioned equipment
• Valid driver’s license and must be able to drive under company insurance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
