Description
Our beautiful blue-phase (axanthic) green iguana will be up for adoption on January 1st! Hades was found abandoned in a cardboard box at the dump and was brought here for a second chance. He is still very skittish and is not easily handled - he will definitely need to be worked with. He does have a good appetite and recently discovered a love for raspberries! However, iguanas are NOT a good pet for a beginner reptile keepers. They grow to be very large, and will likely display hormonal aggressive at some point in their lives. They require very large set-ups and have intense care requirements. We would prefer to adopt Hades out to someone with prior iguana experience, but his adopter must have some sort of reptile experience at the very least. His adoption fee is $40.
