Description
Part-time position, Mon.- Fri. from 7 AM - noon, to oversee building and facilities maintenance for medical office building and grounds. Eligible for some benefits. Evaluates and coordinates facility equipment and service needs. Coordinates annual maintenance or repairs for the HVAC system, alarms, electrical, plumbing and elevator systems, including ordering and replacing filters or other necessary items. Organization of off-site storage units. Maintains cleanliness of parking lot and facility grounds. Keeps appropriate inventory level of maintenance parts, supplies and equipment. Occasional assembly of furniture and equipment, some janitorial work, and varied small repairs as needed. Position requires valid Oregon driver’s license, insurance coverage, and vehicle. General computer knowledge is preferred. Must have a positive personality and be able to work cooperatively with all clinic staff and vendors. Must have good attendance and be dependable.
