Hiring Painter for Apartment Complex - Full Time

Description

We are looking for a professional painter with apartment repaint or interior paint experience. This will be a full time job at a large apartment complex in Port Richey. Most units will be full repaints due to a recent color change. We operate 5 days a week with a rotating on-call emergency week between 5 employees so please be local. We are looking for someone who is fast but clean and can provide a good quality of service. Drywall and Sprayer Experience is a must. Please reply with past experience and resume if available. Requirements: • Apartment or rental property painting experience (>1 yr.) • Interior spray experience (>1 yr.) • Drywall Experience • Patch and Texture Experience • Able to Work Cleanly • Reliable Transportation to and from our location daily • Reliable, honest, and hard-working individual • Excellent communicator • Team player
