STILL MISSING Black male cat white spot on chest/ W/O trace since10/25

Felix is a Black Male Neutered cat, 2 years old, he was rescued at 4 months old by me, and is my ESA. He has a white spot on his chest, a tuft under his left armpit, and a kink near the end of his tail. I believe he was stolen by someone in the neighborhood, as my other cat has been taken multiple times by a man on that corner and we have retrieved her EVERYTIME we found her outside on his porch. The night Felix vanished, they both disappeared. We managed to get our Ash back, but no trace of Felix. CASH REWARD for any info that leads me to his return home. Or his return.
