Seeking two Maintenance Technicians with Great Customer Service Skills for Apartment Community. Knowledge of apartment punch out, work orders, carpentry, electrical, plumbing skills a plus. HVAC knowledge is not required but is also a plus. Both positions are full time with excellent benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation, and a generous 401K match program.
