Job Description:
We are a residential restoration/reconstruction company based in San Clemente, CA that works with property owners and insurance carriers to repair homes following water or fire damage. We are looking for an administrative assistant to coordinate inspections and repairs with homeowners, as well as perform vital data entry. We are a family owned, professional company that appreciates its team members and works together to achieve success as a team.
Responsibilities:
-Contact customers to arrange inspections and work.
-Answer incoming phone calls and requests.
-Verify time frames and schedules with subcontractors and material suppliers
-Attend weekly operations and safety meetings
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Daily project paperwork
-Update job tracking software
-Upload photos, documents, and notes to e-job logs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
-Possess sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
-Excellent problem solving and critical thinking
-Communicate professionally with customers,subcontractors, and material suppliers
-Proficient with Microsoft Office programs - Excel and Word
-Time management
-Data Entry experience
-Must type 40 words per minute
-Innovative problem solving
-Ability to acquire rapport with others
-Ability to work well under pressure
