A+ Lawn and Landscape is seeking an Lawn Care Assistant Manager who will be responsible for monitoring, diagnosing and treating insect, disease, weed, and other conditions on clients' lawns in a rapidly growing, locally owned business. Our managers are constantly hunting for solutions that improve the quality of our services and the satisfaction of our production team, while streamlining our processes and efficiency to maximize the customer experience. Skills & Requirements: Have an office on sun-soaked lawns! Experience in Turf, Horticulture, Landscape or related discipline a plus, but not required. Work independently as part of a team Receive industry and company training Apply fertilizer, weed control, core aeration, and lawn over-seeding to clients properties Meet with current and prospective customers Generate field sales (additional commission rewarded) Write excellent leave behind notes for customers Complete daily invoice and truck checkout procedures Monitoring, diagnosing and treating insect, disease, weed, other conditions on clients' lawns Excellent driving record with valid Driver's License Must have pesticide applicators license, or ability to achieve a license in near future Excellent oral and written communication skills Advanced problem-solving skills Self-motivated and willing to learn Able and willing to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, and work in various weather conditions (8-10 hours a day) Fantastic Customer service skills Outstanding communication skills Benefits Paid vacation Paid Holidays 401K Health and Life insurance
