Looking for a general wood repair person to repair termite damage and dry-rot. Compensation based on experience. Must able to lift heavy objects, such as lumber, and capable of carrying two story ladders. Email or text your qualifications to: [email protected]... Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to, removing and replacing termite and fungus damaged wood (e.g. painting lumber, rough and fine carpentry, installing doors, replacing roof sheathing, patio/deck repairs and rebuilds, framing, stucco, siding, etc.). Compensation depends on experience. $25-$37 an hour. Employee must provide their own tools and will work as a subcontractor.
