This is an hourly position, 2 hours a day, early mornings, with opportunity for growth. It is from 5am to 7am and the pay is $20.00 per hour with NO benefits. The job MUST be completed in TWO (02) hours, as that is the time proven to do the job and allocated for that task. No extra hours will be considered. We are looking into adding a new stable team member who is capable of feeding and Keeping the Horse Stalls Clean every day from M-F. Main duties include: - Feed horses at 5am. - Pick maneuver and dump trailer, make sure the water drinkers are clean every morning. The ideal candidate must posses the following hard skills: 1) Being capable of lifting up to 25 pounds. 2) Be comfortable around horses and have some knowledge about horse handling. 3) Be able to safely drive a four wheeler Quad with a dump trailer attached to it. 5) Be able to climb stairs/steps. The ideal candidate must also posses the following soft skills: 1) Have common sense and knowledge when it comes to the arousal of potential horse issues. 2) Have positive attitude, common courtesy and manners, as the Barn always have clients and other coworkers walking around. We have created a stress free environment, where everybody feels welcome and happy to come work and spend time at the Barn. 3) Be punctual, as the barn needs to be serviced no later than 7am. Activities and Lessons start from that point. 4) Be able to active listen to the Barn Manager and follow directions. 5) Be able to manage and self control screen time: No smart phone screen time is allowed during the job timeframe.
