ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Use various computer applications to manage orders, prepare shipping labels, and communicate with departments and team members. -Fulfill customer orders by picking merchandise from bins or shelves, packaging sold items, and reconciling against order packing slip to ensure absolute accuracy. -Examine sold products for quality. -Assist Customer Service department in resolving shipping-related customer service issues. -Communicate with production and management teams to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or quality issues. -Adhere to various compliance guidelines for shipping to wholesale partners with absolute accuracy. -Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using hand tools, power tools, or postage meter. -Prepare various size boxes and other materials for shipping.
