Jubitz has an opening for a full-time Lane Attendant at our Driver Services Facility. Jubitz Travel Center & Truck Stop is committed to meeting and exceeding the expectations of professional drivers. We provide all the products and services they need in one location. The anticipated schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday. Hours on Sun-Mon from 9am-6:30pm, hours on Tues-Thurs 1pm-7pm. The Lane Attendant will ensure accessibility and professional appearance of Driver Services building entrances, fuel lanes, and scale at all times by picking up trash, removing ice and snow from walkways, and keeping all walk areas free of safety hazards and debris. Responsible for cleaning and upkeep of Jubitz parking lots and external areas including emptying of garbage cans, cleanup of garbage and debris left by customers, and addressing spills of lubricants, fuel, and other potentially harmful products. Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals, and perform other janitorial duties as assigned by managers and supervisors. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience: - High school diploma or GED preferred. - One year of janitorial experience preferred. - Must possess a valid Oregon and/or Washington Driver's License with a clean three-year driving record. - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals required. Employee must frequently lift and/or move between 30 and 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Must be able to communicate with a two-way radio. The company operates out of several buildings spread across a multi-acre campus. Ability to travel between buildings is necessary.
