Finholm Construction LLC is looking for laborers. We are a construction company based out of Gig Harbor. All of our jobsites are in the Gig Harbor/Fox Island area. We do projects such as flooring removal and installation, roof repair, drywall repair, siding, framing, etc. General construction knowledge such as roofing, framing, and flooring, is a plus, but not required. Pay will depend on experience. We are happy to train new folks! Starting at $15/hr with no experience, up to $18-$20+/hr depending on experience level. We will evaluate your experience on site. Please see requirements below. - High school diploma or GED - Valid WA state drivers license and means of transportation - basic tools (bags, hammer, tape measure, speed square, cat's paw, high vis shirt or vest, etc). If you do not have basic tools you must be able to acquire them within the first two weeks of starting with us. - available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch), optional overtime on weekends.
