Dear GC's, I am a cash investor looking for a skilled, honest, and very reliable contractor with a crew who can do all aspects of a residential remodel (demo, framing, drywall, floors, tile, counters, cabinets, windows, paint, etc...). Timing is very important so I would love to have a GC who is hands on and can be on the job daily. My fixers are usually around 1500 square feet- full kitchen remodel, 2 or 3 bathrooms, and installation of a PSL header.
