We are looking for an experienced full-time custodian for a High-Rise building in Coronado. General janitorial duties include and are not limited to trash removal, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting and vacuuming all common areas. These areas consist of the lobby, hallways, parking garages and the perimeter of the building. This position requires frequent interaction with the residents and contractors, so candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English. Bilingual a plus. We offer a very competitive benefits package which includes health, dental and vision coverage after 60 days of employment. Ideal candidates must be punctual and reliable, as well as a team player and be able to communicate effectively with residents and management. Must be willing to work weekends and work well in unsupervised situations. Starting pay is $14.50 an hour with yearly performance reviews and bonuses. Due to COVID-19 all first interviews will be conducted over Zoom. Please reply with your resume.
