Maintenance Supervisor Beginning compensation: $17-$20 (based on experience) Employment type: full-time Leisureland Mobile Villa is a better senior (55+) mobilehome community centrally located in San Diego’s Webster neighborhood. Our community encompasses 23-½ acres. This family-owned and operated business has been in operation since 1965. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of our community’s common area facilities and grounds. This is accomplished by ensuring a proactive approach to building and grounds maintenance standards. COMPENSATION: Hourly rate plus benefits eligibility. Starting hourly rate $17-$20 (based on experience). Potential rate increase at 90-day review. RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to) - Maintains facilities and grounds based on community standards. - Follows practices for the safe operation, maintenance and repair of all facility equipment. - Responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner. - Assists with the inspection of park facilities and resident spaces to ensure proper maintenance. - Follows health department requirements applicable to pools to maintain proper water chemistry and sanitation. QUALIFICATIONS - 3-5 years of relevant maintenance/groundskeeping experience. - Must have attention to detail and basic maintenance skills. - Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance preferred. - High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. - Interest in developing skills toward becoming a Park Manager.
