Custodial Services: Trash Out, Clean Bathrooms, Sweep/Mop/Vacuum Floors, Dusting, Sanitation Resources may be cleaning and sanitizing areas that may have been exposed to potential viruses. PPE will be provided. GENERAL TASK: Daily services shall be for all offices, hallways, break rooms/lounge rooms, lobbies, conference/meeting rooms and immediate exterior of buildings, elevators, and stairwells. 1. Sweep all non-carpeted floors, such as tile and concrete, to include under desks, tables, entrances, stairwells. Shake out or vacuum all entrance/exit mats. Moveable items, such as chairs, tables, and trash cans, shall be moved and the custodial team member shall sweep underneath moveable items and return to original position. File cabinets, desks, any large furniture that requires extra strength to move will not be considered as moveable furniture. 2. Custodial team member shall vacuum offices, hallways, break/lounge rooms, lobbies, and conference/meeting rooms. 3. All trash will be collected from offices, hallways, break/lounge rooms, lobbies, conference/meeting rooms and immediate exterior of buildings and disposed of. 4. Dust mop all waxed and finished floors daily with a microfiber pad so as not to scratch the finish. 5. Damp mop floors and use ADOT provided solution on all accessible areas, including underneath desks, tables, stairwells and along all baseboards corners. Water seepage under base boards, corners of furniture and splashing water on walls shall not be permitted. Moveable items shall be moved and the custodial team member shall mop underneath moveable items and return to original position satisfactorily damp mopped floor will be free of dirt, marks, streaks and standing water. SCHEDULE: Custodial team member are to be provided on the following schedule: 1. Monday through Friday excluding major holidays 2. Each location will require 3 custodial team member employees 3. Custodial team member will not start cleaning the building earlier than 5:00 a.m. and be done no later than 6:30 p.m. 4. Shift (1) 5:00am – 1:30pm. Shift (2) 8:00am – 4:30pm. Shift (3)10:00am – 6:30pm. 5. Services will be completed as per schedules indicated 6. Mandatory minimum hours of service shall be 8 hours a day with (2) 10 min breaks and ½ hour lunch
