Rhythm guitarist/vocalist looking for members for English/Latin Band

Hi, I'm a rhythm guitarist looking to put together a variety English/Latin dance band. Looking for a Bass player and lead guitarist that can play Latin material like Santana, miami sound machine, Lost lonely boys, Mana as well as some salsa and contemporary English cover Dance music. Also a drummer that can do percussion when needed such as timbales or congas. would also like to find a female singer that can sing both in English and Spanish and good with harmonies. This is a from the ground up project, so if you are looking to start playing next month this isn't for you. There is a demand here in Jax for this type of music and I can name one good local band (MEDALLA) that does this type of music and they are doing pretty good and stay busy. Like I said, I play rhythm guitar, sing English and Spanish and play congas as well. If this is something that interests you, let me know what you play and lets see what we can put together. You'll need, good gear, good transportation and willing to put work into this project. I'm wanting for this to be fun so, No Drama, Ego and no drugs. Any Takers?
