For more information visit our website at: www.design2golf.com About The Position Our business has expanded rapidly in the last 12 months and we are looking for the right person to help us coordinate our golf simulator installations. This position will be onsite at our shop in Warwick, NY where you will work with our production and operations team to organize all of the materials for specific jobs, ensure quality control, and help the team stay organized to execute simulator installations on time. Key Responsibilities Include: Inventory Maintenance - ensure all job components are ordered, received, accounted for and ready for the installation team. Manage Picking Tickets - ensure all material is accounted for and that picking tickets are filled out and shared with our accounting team on a daily/weekly basis Maintain Shop Organization - you will help implement procedures to make sure the shop is organized and running efficiently Loading / Unloading Installation Van - this is important to make sure the team is ready to go for the next job Pick up local supplies for the shop and installations (valid driver's license required) Manage Vehicle Maintenance - ensure our installation vehicles are properly serviced and maintained Attend weekly team meeting to review ongoing project schedules & requirements Interact with account representatives regarding project status/completion, and resolve conflicts when necessary. Maintains files and logs in accordance with established procedures. Reviews daily logs/feedback from installation team and update tracking report Other duties as assigned by Management Requirements and Qualifications: Construction experience, 1-3 years preferred Solid knowledge of inventory management, processes, and systems Highly motivated person who takes initiative and is proactive in addressing issues. Ability to juggle competing priorities, multi-task and change direction with a variety of workplace tasks. Ability to work well with management, construction crews, & sub-contractors Possess Excellent customer service skills Good computer skills including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills. Good decision making, analytical, and problem solving abilities. Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to clearly explain issues. Must have a valid driver’s license Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to pass drug and background screening Must be a dependable self-starter, able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment. Must have high school diploma or equivalent Bonus if you: Have experience with construction and CRM software platforms Play golf or have interest in golf Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Expense Reimbursement
