LANDSCAPERS WANTED! YardScapes Landscape Professionals is a 31-year old, well-respected full-service landscape company located in New Milford. We are looking to hire motivated, technologically driven, enthusiastic, reliable team members who are eager to work as part of a team to maintain some of the most stunning properties in the area. MUST LOVE THE OUTDOORS and working together as a team. Must have a valid driver’s license and be legally able to work in the United States. Maintenance Crew Member • Perform spring and fall cleanups, as well as weekly lawn mowing, trimming and leaf blowing. • Use zero turn ride on mowers, walk behind mowers, push mowers, backpack blowers, and string trimmers. Garden Maintenance Crew Member • Maintain clients ornamental plants and shrubs, including pruning, pest scouting and control (IPM), mulching, weeding, and trimming. General property upkeep and maintenance. Construction Crew Member • Installation of new plants and shrubs according to design. Fence installations, drainage jobs, sod installation, gravel installation, and other general labor jobs. Lawn Care Crew Member • Apply seasonal fertilization and weed control applications, as well as aeration. • Apply lime to lawns based on soil sample results. • New lawn and spot seeding as needed. • Connecticut Pesticide Operators License preferred. Individual roles will be determined based on skill set. However, all divisions may be required to assist with other tasks as needed.
