Band looking to share practice space

Looking for a band to do a 50/50 split on a practice space, preferably at Soundstructure Studios, located at 3131 Walnut St. We have not secured a room yet, so rent is to be determined, but typical rent there is around 750-800 a month, with a security deposit of one month’s rent required, which can likely be split into two monthly payments. We’re also open to other options regarding location. We are level-headed and respectful people, looking for the same. We’ve had instances of sharing rooms with people who have used our gear without asking, or gotten drunk and trashed the room, and we definitely don’t want repeat occurrences of that. Our practice schedule is Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6pm-8:30pm. Last we checked, there was one room available for $775 a month, so we’re looking to make this happen ASAP.
