Excellent opportunity for individuals interested starting their own painting business. Painting by Rodger is a small/medium size painting company with plenty of work. I need some painters and helpers that want to learn and /or produce high quality work. I am willing to pay top market prices for the qualifications of an individual. Sub contracting and bonuses are possible. Several of my former employees now sub work from me and will confirm that I am fair and dependable. All subs must work as a waged employee for an agreed period of time before they are considered to do sub contract work in order to prove their skills, dependability, and professionalism. Flexible schedules may be available for employees who contract their own work but need dependable wages. New marketing projects have produced more work than we can handle. Anyone interested must have a drivers license and dependable transportation. Employees will meet on specified job sites as instructed. Primarily indoor residential work. Most exterior work is sub contracted out. Employees must be able to present themselves in a professional manner. Candidates ability to provide references as to work history, skills, and dependability will affect wage offer.
