Hiring Ecolite Assistant Operators! No Exp Req, $15/hr Intertape Polymer Group Ecolite Assistant Operator FULL-TIME $15/hr 495 Meadow Ln, Carlstadt, NJ 07072 1. Assists with the safe, controlled start-up and operation of the Ecolite line including starting the machine, engaging the feed, and observing the operation. 2. Removes finished products from the machine, places product labels, packs item in bags and cartons, and places finished product in proper location as per specifications. 3. Performs advanced quality checks, including inspecting and measuring completed pieces, and effectively communicates with operator and supervisor to ensure that finished products are made to required quality specifications. 4. Assists in monitoring and adjusting controls to ensure product complies with production standards. 5. Assists in maintaining equipment through completion of assigned preventative maintenance tasks and minor repair techniques as required. 6. Assists in recording quality and production metrics via written communication methods and within time deadlines as necessary. 7. Aids in the proper and effective operation of the machinery, including assisting to cover lunches and breaks as required. 8. Performs all work in a safety first mentality and with utilization of IPS lean manufacturing skills.
