THE POSITION Administrative - Effectively communicate with GM/Project Manager throughout the day, including about any delays/issues - Supervise construction helpers as needed - Routinely inspect work completed to ensure it conforms to certain specifications - Ensure projects are completed within project deadlines Construction - Accurately follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients - Install structures and fixtures such as windows and molding - Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, and other building materials - Construct building frameworks, including stairs, floors, and door frames - Inspect and replace damaged framework or other fixtures - Safely use heavy and light equipment, depending on jobsite/assignment ***************************Full Benefits***************************************
