Water well drilling and service company looking for a team player to fill the position of Service Assistant / Laborer. Seeking a hard-working motivated individual to assist our technicians during service and drilling operations. Plumbing, irrigation, electrical, welding, well drilling, pump repair, mechanics, or construction experience all a plus. CDL license Class A or B, a plus. ** Position can be physically demanding at times which includes heavy lifting and occasionally digging trenches. MUST be able to work OUTSIDE in the heat and able to lift 100lbs. General Responsibilities: • Load appropriate equipment and supplies onto trucks each morning. • Drive medium duty trucks as needed. • Drive truck with trailer as needed. • Perform duties assigned by rig foreman during drilling operations. • Perform duties assigned by service foreman during service operations. • Follow proper safety procedures and use proper safety equipment. • Properly care for and maintain company vehicles and equipment. • Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties in field or shop as directed by supervisors. Requirements: • Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required. • Must be willing to undergo a Background check. • Must be willing to work overtime. • Must be able to work outside in the heat and able to lift 100lbs. • Positive attitude and hard-working. • Non-smoking workplace. *We Are an Equal Opportunity Employer*
