Responsibilities Include: Customer service All facets of apartment make-ready & maintenance Grounds maintenance Trouble-shooting HVAC Completing service requests Requirements: HVAC certification **REQUIRED Light carpentry, plumbing & electrical skills Willingness to respond quickly to emergencies Own tools & transportation Strong communication skills Apartment make-ready & work-order experience a plus Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the following: Walking or standing for extended periods of time Operating assigned equipment and vehicles Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
