The Feather Warehouse Associate performs the daily tasks of the Feather Fulfillment Center, including receiving, cleaning, repairing, staging and assembling Feather furniture. Note: This is a part-time position What you’ll do: Carry out core Fulfillment Center processes. These currently include the following (but may evolve): Inbound receiving, labeling, and stocking of new items Inbound receiving of items reclaimed from customers Intensive cleaning and repair of furniture items Picking, staging and assembly of items to be delivered to customers Loading and unloading of trucks in collaboration with Delivery teams Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail in line with Feather’s standards for quality and cleanliness while handling, cleaning and repairing Feather furniture Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory location and condition, per Feather’s record-keeping processes; Assist in cycle and inventory counts Follow cleaning and organization procedures in order to support safe and efficient warehouse operations What you have: 1+ years in warehouse operations Extraordinary attention to detail related to product quality and cleanliness Ability to lift & move heavy furniture with help from dollies, hand-trucks, and team members Preferred: Experience working with furniture assembly/stocking/cleaning, a driver's license for infrequent storage runs What you’ll get when joining Feather: Competitive compensation A 401(k) retirement plan Paid sick leave A 50% discount on your own Feather subscription
