SKILL REQUIREMENT: Manual agility and the ability to maintain a constant quick production activity are required. Capable to learn, retain knowledge and perform various production tasks. Visual inspection skills are needed to spot imperfections in product processed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Production and manufacturing environments are often filled with the noise of electrical and fuel-powered tools and machinery. Workers need stamina to stand or sit for long periods of time engaged in repetitive motions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Capable to read and interpret process router instructions.
2) Capable to sign and date documentation as tasks are completed.
3) Perform various tasks such as masking, blasting, plating assistance, bakes, product sorting, packing, receiving and other per the direction of CMF process instruction document, area coordinator, supervisor or other.
4) Maintain process control within the prescribed process procedures.
5) Report to Supervisor any inconsistency with instruction which causes quality concerns.
6) Maintain and assure compliance to all health and safety standards per industry standards and CMF policies and procedures.
7) Maintain attendance to company policy.
8) Responsible to work readily and cooperatively work with co-workers.
9) Maintain a neat, organized and safe work area.
10) Perform other duties as directed.
