Established and growing company is looking for a property maintenance foreman. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the maintenance field have a valid NC driver license, be able to drive a box truck and or truck with trailer, supervise and work with a crew to service properties, have a general knowledge of turf and plant care, be able to use sprayers and granular fertilizers etc. Trouble shoot mowers and small power equipment in the field. Communicate with customers and fill out work receipts etc. Irrigation and lighting knowledge is a plus. Days of operation are Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays. This is a full time position. Benefits after 1 year of service include: 40 hours Paid time off, paid holidays. Qualified candidates, with references can earn $18.00 to start or more depending on proven experience.
