ABS Insulating seeks an experienced Fork Lift Operator to join our team. Qualifications Required: • Load freight onto Box Trucks • Unload it from Delivery Trucks • Sort material in warehouse • Must be familiar with Fork Lift Box/Squeeze Clamp • Inspect equipment; maintain vehicle service records and make recommendation to management on capital purchases. • Oversee all inventory control procedures including daily in and out, scrap usage, monthly physical inventory and inventory audits. • Maintain yard and warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of inventory items and equipment. Essential Skills: • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • Ability to work independently; self-directed, takes initiative in seeking efficiencies of processes; follow-through on implementation. • Works collaboratively with others and has the ability to maintain positive working relationships with team members. • Strong work ethic • Ability to handle several projects concurrently; adapt to change • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to comfortably and consistently communicate to employees, project team, sub-contractors and customers. • Ability to manage through conflict, complexity and to problem-solve issues. • Demonstrate, critical thinking and organizational skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide quickly and correctly. • Bilingual in English and Spanish, is a plus. • Must be able to lift over 50 lbs We offer: • Competitive Compensation • Holidays and Person Time Off • Medical, Dental, Life and 401k
