Moto Julia is a motorcycle dealership that has been in business for 19 years. We specialize in Triumph, BMW, Ducati, Royal Enfield, and Vespa motorcycles and scooters. We are a small group of motorcycle enthusiasts, and looking to add to our team. We are currently looking for a Service Writer as part of the Service Department Team. No experience in the industry required. No motorcycle experience needed at all. Any customer service experience is welcomed. The basic job description -Duties include, but not limited to: -Scheduling a technician to work on motorcycles, collecting customer information, and logging the process of a repair for billing purposes. -Relaying technical information to customer from technicians. -Service based customer outreach and inquiry triage. -We provide on the job training. -We are part of a growing network of dealerships and there is possibility of promotion within the company Pay is hourly + Commission Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, Paid Time Off, and employer matching Simple IRA.
