Join the fastest growing Swimming Pool Company in Western Mass.! Mr. Pool & Spa is hiring for multiple positions for the upcoming season: Pool installer- will work on a crew installing above-ground pools. Experience preferred but not required. Service Technician- will perform pool openings and closings, service and replace pool equipment. Retail Associate- will help customers in the retail store by analyzing water and helping customers select chemicals needed to balance water. Maintain inventory levels and maintain a safe and healthy retail environment. Order Selector- will select orders for customers receiving new above- ground pools. Will begin in West Springfield in the AM and bring package materials to Ellington CT. Will then pull pools for next day installations and group together with package materials. All available positions require a valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50-70+ pounds. Overtime is available during the swim season and there is excellent potential for growth.
